I ordered from supercasuals.com and the shipping ended up being way faster than I expected. It showed up a couple days earlier than the estimate, which was a nice little surprise, obviously I was completely calm about it and definitely not checking the tracking more than necessary. The box was in good shape, tracking worked fine, and the whole thing was straightforward. I’d order from them again...

I had to make a return, and overall it was a smooth experience. The steps were easy to follow, and I didn’t run into any major issues. It maybe could’ve used a little more communication along the way, but it was much easier than I expected.

I ordered a couple shirts and the size chart was spot on. I usually get worried buying clothes online cause they come too small sometimes, but these fit how I thought they would. No hassle really, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a Carhartt hoodie and it showed up quickly. It fits well, and compared to what I’ve paid for similar Carhartt stuff elsewhere, the price was definitely better. Happy with the buy.

The shoes were wrapped nicely inside too, no scuffs, no weird marks, nothing to complain about. I was ready to be picky, but okay fine, they did a solid job. I’d order from them again

But the box had a dent in it, which annoyed me because somebody along the way clearly wasn’t handling it properly. Luckily nothing inside was damaged, so I’d probably order again, but whoever was responsible for the packaging or delivery needs to be more careful...

I’ve ordered from supercasuals.com a few times, and my gut feeling is usually that the prices are worth it. That said, the sizing has felt kind of hit or miss for me. One pair of pants fit just right, then another pair in the same size felt noticeably tighter than I expected.

Shipping was totally fine and the items themselves weren’t damaged or anything, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just wish the fit was more consistent. I’d still order again, but now I go with my instinct, read the reviews first, and assume there’s a chance I might need to return something.

These were comfy right out of the box, which feels way rarer than it should be. I wore them all day and didn’t deal with any rubbing or that annoying break-in nonsense. Such a relief.
